My Day with Daniella and John

When I woke up, I had to get dressed and eat breakfast. Then we went to Daniella's house and drove over to the movie theater to watch Star Wars: The Clone Wars. It was a free movie day. Then we went to Subway to eat lunch. I almost ate a whole foot long. John and Daniella can't even eat a 6 inch! Then we went to the piano store and got my new piano books. We looked at the guitars and I liked the one I have and one other one in the store. Daniella and John liked ones too. John liked a black one and Daniella liked a blue one with bubbles. Then we went back to Daniella's house and I had my piano lessons. I finished my first set of books! Then I moved to Set B. I'm working on one of Daniella's favorite songs. Then me and John played Wipeout and parades. I was wearing a Steelers helmet that John had. We had 2 parades. I had a fun day with John and Daniella.

"Kitten's First Full Moon" by Kevin Henkes

There is a kitten in the story that thinks the moon is a big bowl of milk. She tries to lick it, but all she gets is a bug. She keeps trying to get the bowl of milk, but she falls down the stairs. She runs fast but she can't catch it. She climbs up a tree and still can't reach it. Then she gets stuck in the tree. Kitten sees a white circle in the pond and thinks it's a bigger bowl of milk. When she leaps for it, she gets all wet. So she goes home to a nice bowl of milk for her.

Grand Canyon day 2

Today was a fun day. We got to see a squirrel at the Grand Canyon. Then we went to a Jr. Rangers program about big horn sheep. Then after that we went to the Grand Canyon for a while. We got to see different points all around the Grand Canyon.

Vacation in Arizona

Arizona is nice. Today we saw the airforce base with Uncle Tadd. He showed us the planes (F16s). We went hiking at White Tanks state park. I got my picture taken by a big cactus! We also played with Jacob and Emma's dog, Spike.

The Airport

It was very early in the morning. We had to get up at 3:00 AM. We got in the car and drove to the airport. We rode one of the shuttle busses. Then we went to the airport and put our stuff in the machine. We went upstairs to look at stuff and go to our plane. Then we flew across the land to Minneapolis. We looked around and saw lots of nice stuff. Then we rode out on the next plane to Salt Lake City. When we got there, we looked at stuff and had lunch. Now we are waiting for our next plane to Arizona.

Making Colin's Bike

Colin and Izzy came over. We had lots of fun. We also made Colin's bike. It took a long time. We had to fix the wheel and paint it.
Colin and Izzy helped Daddy tape the seat with black duct tape. Colin helped me hold the bike when we were helping Daddy.
I gave Colin my old helmet so he could ride safely.
Izzy rode Colin's bike while Daddy held on to her and the bike. She didn't like riding the bike.

2nd day of Day Camp

Camp was really nice. We went down the creek and had a creek hike. It was fun. We got to see lots of cool things. After that, we went to the swimming pool. We swam for an hour. Then we ate lunch. After lunch, we had two specials and then arts and crafts. I think camp is really fun. Angie is my leader.

Bowling at ABC West

The bowling alley was big. We got to bowl for two games.
I went bowling with my family. The first game I went bowling, I got the score of 62. The second game I got 68. I got 6 more points in the second game.
This was a ball that went straight. I didn't get a split. I hit 9 pins with this ball.

The Carnival

The carnival was very nice. I saw my friends: Andrew, Daniella, John, and Sam. I like seeing my friends. I haven't seen Andrew and Sam since school let out. I rode rides tonight. Tomorrow will be game night.
